By accessing or using the services of Vijayaraghava Chits Private Limited ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of India to participate in our chit fund schemes. By enrolling, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

All members must complete KYC verification including submission of Aadhaar, PAN, and bank account details. The Company is legally obligated to verify identities under AML regulations. False documentation will result in immediate termination of membership.

All chit fund schemes are governed by the Chit Funds Act, 1982. Members are required to make timely monthly contributions as per the agreed scheme. The bidding process is conducted transparently. Failure to make timely payments may result in forfeiture of dividend benefits.

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from participation in schemes. All investments are subject to the terms of the individual scheme agreement signed at the time of enrollment.

The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via registered contact details. Continued participation after amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Tumkur, Karnataka.
